2/3cupunsweetened cocoa powder( I used Hershey's Special Darkfor the almost black color)
3tspbaking soda
1/4tspsalt
1cupnut butter( I use peanutbutter)
2-1/2cupmashed sweet potatoes*Mashed, cooked, sweet potatoes: bake 2 or 3 sweet potatoes ahead of time. you'll need about 20 oz so if you have a kitchen scale, you may weigh them. Place sweet potatoes in a pan, pierce the skin with a fork. bake at 400 degrees until soft, about 45 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and peel and mash with fork or potato masher.
